                           During construction — in cooperation with our clients’ professional or trade
                           consultants — HGF, Inc. can control project costs and schedule by ensuring
                           efficient technical communication between client and contractor through a
                           prearranged system of job organization. Refinements to the initial systems and
                           materials are continually analyzed for cost effectiveness by HGF, Inc. against
                           performance standards and final budget, especially the initial requirements of
                           mechanical, electrical, and specialty systems.


                           On any form of construction, HGF Inc. regularly reviews project on-site in its
                           clients’ interests, to assure that payment requests and progress match production,
                           schedules, and contract requirements, while comparing actual costs with final
                           projected costs to allow a client good fiscal management of his project budget.

                           As project requirements shift to the closeout records of equipment installation
                           used for Investment Tax Credits, appraisals, auditing, and record-drawings,
                           HGF, Inc. continues to expedite the project by systematically routing the flow
                           of information, as well as providing continuity in acquiring warranty and
                           maintenance services.
